THE PILATES REFORMER

Working from the ground up, each week builds on stretching, strengthening and opening the body, before moving back down to the earth with seated postures and a deep relaxation sequence which will have you ready for a calm and centered week ahead.fghabgahrbglihabwlgihab;ighbalwirhgbalhbgalfhbvMBN KN.

HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

This class is a blend of dynamic yoga and pilates using resistance bands and balls to help increase fitness levels after childbirth. We will build strength, stamina and tone weaker muscles especially the core, as well as stretch out tight areas and finish with a long restful and rejuvenating savasana.

DYNAMIC YOGA

For those who like a bright start to the morning, we will move through deep stretches to wake up the body, a dynamic sequence of strong postures to invigorate, build stamina and core control and finish with a relaxation to take you into the weekend refreshed and energised.

WEEKLY CLASSES

taster sessions and drop in: £12

These must be arranged in advance to ensure there is space

termly bookings: £80 per 8 week term (£10 per class)

Owing to the bespoke nature of the studio each class has a maximum number of 4 students (whilst social distancing is in place) to allow for individual attention. Therefore, to secure your place weekly, classes may be booked on a block term basis. Blocks run for 8 consecutive weeks but you can join at any point providing there is a space available. You are welcome to book an initial taster class at £12 before committing to a full block. If you are unable to attend a week during the term (see Ts&Cs) I will do my absolute best to accommodate you in an alternative class or I will give you access that week to the online provision so you never miss out.

You are welcome to join the block at any point providing there is space.

MONTHLY RESTORATIVE CLASS

RESTORATIVE CLASS COST: £15

This is a beautiful 1 hour 30 minute mini urban retreat, held on the final Sunday of every month
